| SALUT! at PROSPECT PLACE 1501 N. University, Little Rock (501) 660-4200 Salut! at Prospect Place, located on the first floor of the Prospect Building (Grant Street one block south from Cantrell Road in Little Rock’s Heights neighborhood), will soon be offering contemporary cuisine with Southern accents. The team includes Little Rock restaurateurs Chris Tanner (Cheers in the Heights), Dave Bisceglia (Dave & Ray’s), and New Orleans chef Matthew Ratcliff. Chef Matthew has worked as sous chef for Ian Schnoebelen, one of Food & Wine Magazine’s 2007 Top Ten New Chefs, and for David English, named the 2005 Best New Chef by New Orleans Magazine. He has also worked for Susan Spicer, a James Beard Award winner, and John Harris, Food & Wine Magazine winner in 2001. Salut! will be a sponsor of local wine fan Bruce Cochran’s newsletter, Bruce’s eWine of the Week, where events and menus will be listed.
